1. Acceptance of Terms


By registering for or using the MessMitra SaaS Mess Management Platform, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the platform.



2. Description of Service


MessMitra provides a cloud-based mess management system allowing mess operators (tenants) to manage attendee check-ins, menu planning, daily billing, and WhatsApp collection reminders. Customers (students) access the public menu planner boards.



3. Subscriptions & Billing


Tenants choose subscription packages which specify allowed student limits and features. Service fees are billed in advance based on the package cycle. All package payments are subject to our refund policy. Failed payments or trial expirations beyond the default grace period will trigger automated account suspension.



4. Fair Use & Limitations


Operators must respect max student limits associated with their subscription package. Modifying system operations or circumventing limits is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of student balances and transaction ledgers entered into the platform.



5. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, MessMitra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including grocery ledger errors or automated reminder dispatch issues.
