Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee


We want you to be completely satisfied with MessMitra. If you register a tenant account and find that the platform does not suit your operations, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.



2. Eligibility for Refund


Refunds are applicable exclusively to the initial subscription period. Renewal fees or plan upgrade transactions are non-refundable. Additionally, accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations (e.g. attempting to bypass student count caps) are ineligible for refunds.



3. Processing Refunds


To request a refund, please send an email to our support team at support@messmitra.com with your tenant ID and payment receipt details. Approved refunds are processed back to the original source payment method within 5–7 business days.



4. Student Collections


MessMitra acts solely as a SaaS software provider for mess operators. We do not collect payments or manage transactions between mess operators and their students. Any refunds regarding monthly mess cards or student meal accounts must be settled directly between the mess operator and the student.
